Yoga for Children

Yoga facilitates children to not only move and breathe, but pause and pay attention to the present moment.

Yoga for Women

Asana and Pranayama choices women make daily should never be done in the spirt of competition. Women’s overall health is based on the nature of the monthly cycle.

Yoga for Teenage

The hormonal disturbances that accompany puberty result in disrupted sleep, mood and behavioural changes in both young girls and boys.

Yoga for Elderly Care

With advancing age, it is essential to focus on “HOW WE PRACTICE” employing safe practices rather than “HOW MUCH WE PRACTICE”.

Yoga for Pregnancy

The health of the future generation and the wealth of the nation depends on women’s wellbeing in the society.

Yoga for Sleeplessness

A good sleep at night not only helps the individual to renew the system and cleanse the mind, but it has the possibility to make the dreams, a source of inspiration.

Yoga for Eyecare

If we choose to teach our children how to care for their eyes, they will in turn choose to see the world through grateful eyes.
